How Wyoming licenses plumbers

There is no statewide plumber license; cities or counties license plumbers.

Local rules: No statewide plumber license was found; plumbers are licensed by cities. For example, Casper licenses master, journeyman and apprentice plumbers and plumbing contractors (who must employ a full-time licensed master plumber), and Cheyenne's Contractor Licensing Board issues a Class C1 Plumbing contractor license plus master, journeyman, apprentice and residential plumbing/mechanical journeyman cards.

Ask your city or county building department whether it licenses plumbing contractors, and confirm the plumber holds that local license.
