What this site is

plumberspages.com, operated by Spencer Gasselin LLC, is an independent directory of plumbing businesses and a guide for homeowners. We are not a plumbing company. We do not perform, supervise, inspect or guarantee any plumbing work.

Listings

Listings are based on information businesses publish on their own websites, checked at the time shown. Businesses change their services, areas, phone numbers and hours, so information here may be out of date. A listing is not an endorsement, recommendation or ranking, and we do not verify licenses or insurance.

Where businesses are listed

We decide whether a business is listed, and on which pages, under the rules on our How we list page. Being named on a business’s website, or asking to be listed, does not guarantee a listing.

Paid placements

Some businesses pay for Enhanced profiles or a City Spotlight (one per city). These are always labeled. A paid placement is advertising, not a recommendation, and it is offered only where the business meets our listing rules.

Guides and emergencies

Our guides are general information only – not legal, safety or professional advice. In an emergency involving gas, electricity, flooding or anyone’s safety, call 911 or your utility first. License rules change; check with the agency and your local building department.

Hiring a plumber

Any agreement you make is between you and the business. Check its license where your state or city requires one, its insurance, permits, warranty and what is included before you hire it. We are not responsible for its work, its conduct or any damage, loss or dispute arising from it.

Requests

By sending a request you ask us to pass your details to businesses that serve your area, and you agree they may contact you about your request.

For businesses

If you are listed, you can ask us to correct or remove your listing at any time. Paid placements are agreed by email with written terms before anything is charged.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit false information, scrape it at scale or try to interfere with how it works.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Spencer Gasselin LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
